Terms & Conditions

Clear Terms, Clear Understanding

By registering on our platform, participating in any of our programmes, making contributions, applying for support or financing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Oasis of Hope Foundation

Oasis of Hope Sustainable Development Foundation is established to promote sustainable development, entrepreneurship, empowerment, education, healthcare, humanitarian assistance and other charitable initiatives. Our programmes are designed to support eligible members and beneficiaries in accordance with the rules and requirements of each programme.

2. Membership

Registration on the platform requires accurate and complete information. Each member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for activities carried out through their account. Members must provide accurate information and must not register or operate an account using false or misleading information.

3. Programmes and Participation

Members may participate in one or more programmes where they meet the applicable requirements. These may include Business Support, Food Bank, Elite Club and Asset Financing. Each programme has its own registration requirements, contribution structure, eligibility conditions, benefits, waiting periods and applicable charges.

4. Business Support

Business Support is available to eligible members who meet the Foundation's requirements. Applicants may be required to provide information about their existing business, residential or business address and the amount of support requested.

Applications are subject to review and approval by the Foundation. Approved support is not automatic and may be subject to availability, assessment and other applicable conditions. Where support is provided as a repayable facility, the beneficiary is required to repay according to the agreed repayment schedule.

5. Food Bank

Participation in the Food Bank programme requires payment of the applicable registration fee and contribution. Members are responsible for making their required contributions according to the selected programme plan and within the specified payment periods.

Applicable clearance fees, penalties and other programme charges may apply where stated by the Foundation. Food benefits, cashback and other programme benefits are subject to the applicable programme rules and successful completion of the required participation period.

6. Elite Club

Participation in the Elite Club requires payment of the applicable registration fee and selection of an available membership category. Each category may have its own contribution requirements and applicable benefits or incentives.

Any withdrawal or benefit available under the Elite Club is subject to the applicable programme rules, eligibility requirements and available account balance. Programme benefits are not guaranteed outside the conditions expressly stated by the Foundation.

7. Asset Financing

Members may apply for asset financing by providing the required information about the asset or item they wish to acquire. Applications are subject to assessment and approval by the Foundation.

Approval does not automatically guarantee immediate supply. Once an application is approved and the required asset is supplied, the beneficiary is responsible for repayment according to the agreed repayment terms applicable to that asset.

8. Payments and Contributions

All registration fees, administrative fees, contributions, repayments, clearance fees and other charges must be paid through the approved payment channels provided by the Foundation.

Members are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available when scheduled payments are due. Where a programme provides for penalties or additional charges for late or missed payments, such charges may be applied in accordance with the programme rules.

9. Wallets and Account Balances

The platform may provide wallets for managing contributions, programme benefits, cashback, food benefits and other approved balances. Wallet balances are subject to the rules of the particular programme.

Certain programme wallets may be restricted to deposits, deductions, credits or programme benefits and may not be available for direct withdrawal. The Foundation may debit or credit a wallet where such action is authorised by the applicable programme terms.

10. Programme Benefits

All benefits, incentives, support, cashback, food items, financing, withdrawals or other programme benefits are subject to eligibility, verification, programme rules and successful fulfilment of the applicable requirements.

The Foundation reserves the right to review, suspend or reject an application where the applicant does not meet the applicable requirements or where information supplied is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

11. Member Conduct

Members must not provide false information, submit fraudulent documents, impersonate another person, misuse the platform, manipulate programme records or make unauthorised representations on behalf of the Foundation.

Members must not represent any programme benefit as a guaranteed financial return or make promises that are not officially authorised by the Foundation.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

The Foundation may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms and Conditions, submission of false information, non-compliance with programme rules or other conduct that may adversely affect the Foundation or its members.

13. Changes to Programmes and Terms

The Foundation may modify programme requirements, fees, contribution amounts, payment schedules, benefits and other programme conditions where necessary. Updated terms and programme information will be communicated or published through the appropriate channels.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation shall not be responsible for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including system interruptions, payment service failures, regulatory changes, natural events, third-party service failures or other circumstances beyond the Foundation's control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from the use of our platform or participation in our programmes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and appropriate dispute resolution procedures before legal proceedings are considered.
